Act III was so sad!!!

Throught that the end of A Doll's House was really sad. But I feel think Nora finally stood up to Torvald and showed him who she really was. When Torvald was begging Nora to stay it was sad but he deserved as well. He treated Nora like a child and always thought that Nora couldn't do anything her own but she showed him. I think Nora left Tovald for two reasons, one she was tired of being Tovald's 'doll' and two, she wanted to start over with her life. I wonder what would happen if the play continued where it ended?

Act II!!!!

Act II was kinda intense. Between Nora flirting with Rank to Krogstad actually leaving the letter to Tovald. Nora was starting to act crazy because she constantly thought someone was coming into the house. Thought it was really weird that Nora was flirting with Dr. Rank. Nora wasn't expecting Rank to tell her that her loved her. I feel bad for Rank because Nora lead him on for so long and then to get his heart broken was sad.
I thought it was funny when Nora started dancing the Tarantella to distract Torvald. Then Nora started to act childish so that she could save herself for getting into trouble. I feel like Nora shouldn't have to hide the strong and independent women that she is.

Wow!!! Act I was crazy!!!

What thought about Act I was that is was really good. Torvald treats Nora like she is a child and calls her all these weird nicknames. Who calls their own wife a scatterbrain?? But when I learned that Nora was working her tail off behind Torvald's back, I thought she was a very strong women. Krogstad is really sleazy and mean. He is basically blackmailing Nora so he can keep his job at the bank. What I would if I were Nora I would have a some not so nice words with Krogstad. Also I would stop acting frivolously and tell Torvald to stop calling me a squirrel and a scatterbrain!!! But that's my plan if I were Nora. What would you if you were Nora???

First blog post ever!!!!

Hi I'm Kim!! My favourite thing about English class this year was when Ms. Santos had us pick a leader and we had to read a chapter from Lord of the Flies. It was actually really funny because everyone would bang on the their desks to get the leaders attention, so we could talk without getting points off.

What I think A Doll's House is about about a family who have had the perfect life and nothing has ever gone wrong. Until someone does something wrong the "The Doll House Life" seems to be falling a part.
